After checkout, our team will contact you within one business day to collect details about your business and any existing assets, so we can begin working right away.

You’ll be asked to provide: 

• Business overview, mission + goals

• Target audience

• Brand personality + visual preferences

• Competitors or brands you admire

• Existing logo/brand assets (if applicable)

• Color preferences + colors/styles to avoid

• Website copy/content for up to 5 pages

• Business/service information to feature on the website

• High-resolution photos, team photos + other imagery

• Website domain + hosting information (if applicable)

• Contact information + social media handles

• Access to up to 3 social media platforms

• Any existing social content or imagery you'd like incorporated

• Key upcoming launches, promotions, or important dates for the content calendar

Design begins once questionnaire is complete.
